This two level boathouse is completely off grid, but with state of the art technology installed, the boathouse is set up so efficiently you would not know it is an off grid property.

Upper Level Retreat

The upper level of The Villa Boathouse is fully self-contained and comfortably set up as open plan living. Wall to wall stacker doors open up to uninterrupted panoramic views from inside, picture perfect bliss.

The upper level of the Boathouse contains a 4 post queen bed with a Super Plush King Coil mattress and a double pull out sofa bed.

Lower Level Entertainment Haven

The lower level of the Villa Boathouse is a semi underground sandstone room hand built with sandstone boulders into the cliff face, it has a 65 inch Samsung smart TV with WiFi connection and a Blue Ray/DVD player, pool table, gas BBQ, timber smoker, and is set up as a pool/games/media room with a covered outdoor area directly facing the waterfront.

Please note, the main Villa known as “The Villa on Coba Point” is closed off and unoccupied during your stay (unless you have booked that for friends/family)

The villa boathouse was the quiet and relaxing experience we anticipated. We loved the decor and the view. We also loved fishing and kayaking! Caught tailor, bream and stingrays. Made sure they were all thrown back of course.

We booked very last minute (the day before) and Danielle was quick and responsive and helpful making it so easy.
The villa is absolutely beautiful and nice and private. We fished, played pool and used the kayaks. Such a lovely get away and we will definitely be coming back.
